DF-JQ Automatic Balling Feeder is a third generation product developed by DFMC according to years of field experiences. It is safe to operate, easy to use and convenient to maintain. More than that, it effectively prevents ball stuck, suitable for steel balls, steel rods with all specifications.
Based on ore character and feeding amount data at ball mill grinding process, Automatic Ball Loader accurately adding grinding mediums to maintain the load ratio within ball mill to maximize grinding performance. Automatic Ball Feeder is a auxiliary equipment for grinding automation to stabilize production, save energy consumption as well as improve benefits.

2. Composition
DF-JQ Automatic Balling Feeder is consists of driving device, executive system, ball room and control device. The executive system includes chain and chain wheel of reducer as well as ball claw. The Integrated Control System device includes micro-computer and operating control cabinet. The feeding amount can be accumulated and displayed within the set up range. Alarm and shut down function will be activated simultaneously when there is no feeding ball. Manual operation can also be adopted for the product.
