Product Description The Mgo board production line process flow: batching, forming, cutting, solidification, demoulding, drying, polishing etc.
The line of products: 1.The fireproof panels are flame-proof building materials and classified as fire danger , as evidenced by a certificate of fire safety .
The fundamental difference of the product from the other board building materials in condition of standard fire test is that the evaporation of moisture crystallization, the product neither cracks nor breaks down very long time. This property of panels provides a high fire resistance of structures based on them.
2. These panels have increased strength characteristics. The technology of production is based on the addition of a raw-composition of glass fiber mesh. They are used for the installation and finishing outdoor and indoor nonstandard building elements (columns, pilasters, flexible forms, arches, etc.).3. These panels have general construction applications and standard specification. They are used for indoor decoration, including walls, ceilings and floors.

Methods of processings:

- Cutting with a hacksaw, a disk saw;
- Drilling (with higher density to a hole in the screw part of 0.5 mm wider than the diameter of the screw to prevent cracking);
- Installation on screws;
- Hammering a nail;
- Cutting with a handsaw, an electric fretsaw, handsaw with fine teeth or on specialized stationary machines for cutting chipboard.
Detailed Images Batching system The agitator mixes liquid and solid raw material. It feeds mixed slurry into forming system, providing slurry for forming system.
Forming line and batching platform The forming line is the mainframe for the whole line. Mixed wet slurry is fed onto moulding board moving with constant speed, via a storage tank and feeder.
Stacking system of dried board
This system stacks and aligns all boards after cutting as desired length; and then packing them for sale or storage.
Discharging system
Mainframe: Automatic moving lifter. This lifter feeds wet MgO board into the drying rack; and then the drying rack enters curing room.
Demoulding machine This demoulding machine separately absorbs MgO boards and mould board with a vacuum device. It puts MgO board and mould into respective stacking machine separately.
Transverse Cutting Machine After longitudinal cutting, the board is fed into a transverse cutting machine and cut as the desired size via the position-setting, and conveying with constant speed.
Longitudinal Cutting Machine Dried board is rough. This cutting machine can position the board and keep the board's sides being a straight line. Set dust collector for collecting all dust.
